This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for Burtley & Baines LTD products made through the website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and Burtley & Baines LTD made under our terms and conditions of sale.

D E L I V E R Y   M E T H O D S

Burtley & Baines LTD deliver Worldwide. If the shipping address for your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be entitled to Free Standard UK Shipping. If the the shipping address for your order is outside of the UK, then you will be able to select our International Shipping option.

D E L I V E R Y   P E R I O D S

The below indicates the typical delivery periods for the different delivery methods.

      +     The typical delivery period to a UK mainland address is 2-3 working days. 
      +     The typical delivery period to an address outside of the UK is 2-6 working days. 

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, Burtley & Baines LTD can not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

The cut off for all orders is 2PM GMT (London).

D E L I V E R Y   C H A R G E S

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. The following indicates the applicable shipping charges.

      +     Standard UK Shipping: FREE
      +     International Shipping: £10.00GBP

R E C E I P T   &   S I G N A T U R E

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

A D D I T I O N A L   D E L I V E R I E S   &   C O L L E C T I O N

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions on how to re-arrange delivery or how you may collect your order from their local delivery office. There will be a time limit for collection.

D E L I V E R Y   P R O B L E M S

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, with such failure being your fault, and you do not collect your products from the local delivery office of the courier within the time specified on the card left at your address, then the order will be returned to Burtley & Baines LTD. An additional charge may need to be agreed and processed to arrange for re-delivery of the order. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

      +     You provided the wrong address for delivery.
      +     There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
      +     The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
      +     The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
      +     Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
